Ishqbaaz begins with Anika (Surbhi Chandna) making an escape from the room. Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta) enters in and sees the window open. He says you did not do the right thing. He remembers that everyone is waiting downstairs. He comes down and tells everyone that Tia went to the designer. They are shocked and ask why did she not send Anika. He says both went for it. His brothers dance and he joins them. Lafzon ka rishta plays. Shivaay hugs Priyanka and Soumya (Neha Laxmi Iyer). (Also Read: Ishqbaaz: Nakuul Mehta wins Best Actor award at AVTA 2016)
Anika flees the venue. Cars come behind her and goons come out. She is surrounded and she sees Shivaay step out. He says do you think you can escape me. He says I told you to change and come as bride but you ran away. Anika tells him that he has gone mad. She says Tia’s (Navina Bole) fleeing made you go crazy. I will not marry you. Shivaay says you will do what I say. She walks off when he says Sahil. Anika says it is our matter please leave my brother alone. She says where does he come in our enmity. Shivaay makes her talk to Sahil who says she has sent such a big car to bring him for the wedding. She asks where is my brother.
A car comes and he says he is in it. Shivaay shows her his clip and says he is looking happy as it is his sister’s marriage. She begs that he be left alone. He says you are forcing me even I do not wish to trouble him. Anika begs let him go. Shivaay says I will let him go. The car blasts and she runs towards it. He runs behind her and catches her. Anika cries how can you do this? You killed my brother. He says how can you stoop so low. He tells her to stop it and says he is safe. Shivaay says Sahil’s life is in my hands. Anika beats him saying how low can you fall. Kisse Poochon plays in the background. Shivaay pins her and she is crying helplessly. Finally, she falls on him crying her heart out.
Pinky complains the brides dress got spoilt in Ishqbaaz IB1
Pinky (Nikita Anand) is very unhappy that Tias (Navina Bole) wedding dress got spoiled. She says it is bad luck. Rudra says this means that the universe does not want Tia to marry Shivaay (Nakuul Mehta). They send Anika upstairs

Anika (Surbhi Chandna) goes up and tells Tia that she will call the designer if the dress needs a quick fix. However, she is shocked to see a new girl in place of Tia.

Anika reads the papers and is furious with Shivaay in Ishqbaaz IB4
Anika reads the papers and comes to know that Shivaay will marry Richa for a day and then divorce her. She feels aghast to know how he can spoil a girls life so heartlessly. Richa says she does not want to hurt her parents but cannot marry him like this. Anika says she will not interfere in the matter.

The girl, Richa is unsure about what she wants to do. When Anika refuses to help her, she says she wants to end her life.

Anika tells Richa that it is upto a girl to respect her choices and identity. She says sindoor and mangalsutra are priceless in a girls life. Anika tells Richa to marry someone she loves. She says that something cannot be purchased by money.

Richa says that Anika has opened her eyes and that she cannot marry Shivaay for money. She gives him the contract papers and leaves from the spot. He blames Anika.

Shivaay blames Anika for this mess. He says you always create problems for my family and me. He tells her that Tia has run away and his family will have no face to show before the world. He accuses her of changing Richas mind.
