Jayalalithaa Medical Reports in a sealed cover


A PIL was filed in Madras High Court seeking probe into the death of former Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa. While hearing the petition, HC questioned the petitioners under what capacity they sought an enquiry. 

High Court asked, Why the petitioners are suspecting conspiracy when none of the blood relatives have moved the court seeking probe?. The next hearing of the PIL has been posted to February 23rd.

Meanwhile, Apollo Hospitals reported to the Madras High Court that it is willing to submit the complete medial reports summary to it in a sealed cover. 

Jayalalithaa passed away on December 5th due to cardiac arrest after being in the hospital for 75 days. People grew suspicious about her death because of the secrecy maintained by Tamil Nadu Government.
